Local pickup is available for select orders. Pickup takes place on Saturdays at Pops Chicken Box.

A confirmation email will be sent on Friday as a reminder to pick up the next day. Pick ups will take place from 7-11 AM. Please arrive during the scheduled pickup window to ensure a smooth pickup process.

Orders not picked up on the scheduled date may not be available for later pickup due to the perishable nature of our products. Refunds will not be given for missed pickups.

If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us in advance. We will try our best to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed.

All pickup orders must be paid in full before the scheduled pickup date.

Orders not picked up on Saturday will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.
