At That’s So Sweet, all items are made fresh to order to ensure the best quality and taste

Shipping Policy

Orders are accepted Sunday through Thursday. All orders are prepared Friday through Sunday and shipped the following Monday.

We ship using 1–2 day shipping methods to ensure your treats arrive fresh.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Because our products are perishable, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times once the package has been shipped.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on shipped food items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue.

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Custom orders, event orders, and cake decorating experiences are non-refundable once payment has been made.

Our products are made in a kitchen that may process common allergens including but not limited to:

Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Soy, Peanuts & Tree nuts

We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
